I may have to evict one of my tenants if they don't straighten out their act quickly. I have 3 properties but I've never had to do this before and I'm not aware of the full process. I have a management company handling the property recently. The tenant has been there for roughly 3 years. Should I stick it out or give him an ultimatum of eviction and potential wipe out past profits? He owes last month's rent and hasn't paid this months yet (due on the 1st*). I have a security deposit I could use as leverage. Thanks for all of your help and your forum is a "god-send"!
