hi, seller called me today, has a house for sale here are the#'s seller asking 285,000. comps come in at 350,000high and 320,000low. seller wants all cash. seller does not want to refi! house is free and clear 3/2 2000sq ft near beach in fla. yeh baby! need help email me at gbmani@aol.com. thank you in advance! how should i approach, should i use hardmoney, should i go conventional(credit excellent),my exit strategy would be to sell with owner financing.is it possible for me to get some cash when i close? thanks in advance.
