Question : newly divorced.. losing house because of uncooperative wife ( tired of legal expenses to resolve) . Desiring to acquire a home for me and my fiance. I know the foreclosure will impact.. What is the best course of action at this point? House isnt taken yet.. yet i dont have access to it, And ex wont resolve in a resonable manner ( wants me to pay the ararearages she created and THEN give her half of the equity) so im writing that path off unless i get some ephiphinal insight....
