I would like to find "one of those lenders still out there" that don't care about title seasoning. It would turn my world upside down to know of a lender (not broker) like that.
I too have heard a lot of TALK about lenders that don't care about seasoning. I'd like the name of one.
While your at it. I would also like to know of a lender (not broker) that will finance a purchase on the appraised value (greater than 80%LTV) rather than aquisition cost. I know of hard money lenders, I'm not talking about them. I'm talking about a mainstream non-conforming lender.
