I have been searching high and low, and I've found ALL TALK (its everywhere). If anyone knows of a lender (not broker, not hard money) that does not care about title seasoning, I would love for you to share your wisdom. Also I heard a bunch of talk (but no backup) about lenders (not brokers, hard money lenders) that will lend on the appraised value and not aquisition cost (80% LTV or greater). chandlercrouch@hotmail.com 940-368-4623
