Question for any seasoned buyers; the story goes that one or two in ten offers should and do get accepted, wether you've seen it or not. Is this true? If so, has looking for Real Estate become anyone's full time job? I understand MARKETING in this business, it's the KEY. But if you are wholesaleing or rehabbing, I mean those offers can be made on any ugly house you drive by. Do i really need to make 200 offers to buy 10 to 15 homes???
