I am in the same predicament. I have gotten a short sale also on a first and second mortgage for a total of $60K to pay off. I also have a lady approveed to sell the home for $85. I am have been posting the same questions the past couple of days regarding how to close this thing out and collect my $25K profit. I too am worried about seasoning.
