And allllll I'm gonna say the next one better be all that because thou my heart will be open, like a broken bone it heals stronger then before it was broke....sooooo world BRING IT ON! an thats my $.29 worth...Now on to the business you are most dashing in in...real estate:Rebuilding here, I send out 500 mail outs aweek to 2 year old house owners, divorce (gawd) filings (know that well) send them letters, have process workers giving me leads...none so far...run an ad every sunday, 100 bandit signs in my target area...(Northern Ca 75 miles out of tahoe) bid on Nev VA's have a licience there so I can have all the gold frontend middle and backend...My niche is buying subject to...wrap...and re sale for cash flow and pick up assignment of successor trustee every other week and send them letters...why do the NOD rush, like to get them before they hit the big lists....like dataquick and other data for sale companies, and doing mad offers and no calls back...starting over is such the pits...however what an adventure!
