People often ask me "How can you say 'Never Call Sellers?'" "Easy," I say "Do things so THEY call you." That said: What is THE single most important thing for any/every Tranaction Engineering Real Estate Investor?(TEREI) It is more impportant than knowing "645 Ways To Buy Real Estate With No Noney Down." It is more important than having money or credit. It is the first and most important thing your King ever teaches anybody who wants to play houses. It will make you more money than anything else you do in business. Your ability to leverage it surpasses any investment by far. The answer is one word. Once we establish what "it" is, we will continue this discussion with tons of ways to do it effectively...and on every conceivable budget.
