Hi, I am going through a divorce and my wife and I along with my father own an investment property. All three of us are on the deed and loan. I was told that my Father could possibly force the sale of the property. Both he and I want out but my soon to be Ex-wife wants to keep it the way it is. Can we force the sale in any way? Thanks! |
