three of us went in on a new house together, but only one ( the one with the best credit) applied for the mortgage. now that the house has closed we wanted to know what we have to do so that we all are on the deed. i have heard that in some cases the mortgage company can demand immediate payment in full or forclose if people are added to the deed. what can we do and is this true. the home is located in leander TX thank you jenna
