Easement road

Edit
We and the landowners across from us have a 60'easement road running between
our properties, 30 on each side.

There now exists a ruffed in road that is 10' wide. This ruffed in road runs on our 30' side
of the 60' easement
and some of it even runs outside of the 30'easement of our side.

Presently we are the only ones who live here and use the road, our neighbors side is still
over 20 acres of raw land. The landowner behind us now wants to sell off a part of his land
that has rights to use this
easement also. The way the ruff road is now it runs close to our house. We want to know if we
can move that part that
is close to our house over since now there is none of the road on the opposite 30 at all.
This would have the road meandering
throughout the allowed 60' then instead of just only on our side and so close to our house.
The easement road even ats its fullest 60 would not run anywhere near where the opposite
landowner would ever build since its on a bank. The whole road really needs be 20 feet wide to be safe for
two cars to pass ,as there are some blind curves on it and someone someday is going to run head on.
