Is the 'ruff road' that you are speaking of a filed easement or is it just a road that is bieng used by yourselves and others.

If the ruff road is not a filed easement (but is just a road that is being used) then it could become a prescriptive easement in a number of years through adverse possession. That means that if you don't do something now it may be too late in the future.

The road needs to be moved so that it is contained fully in the 60' easement and is contained in the middle of the 60' easement.
