Edit
Does anyone have information on a substitution of equity, or "substitute exchange"? I was recently told that it could apply to monies I will receive from an installment sale contract (the sale was in '98) that I about to be paid off on, that would allow me to have the monies put in an account or instrument to be used only for future RE investments. It supposedly differs from a 1031 in that there is not a time frame limit on declaring the properties to buy?
Any info would be appreciated, thanks!
