Does anyone know if a semi-annual 4% interest rate in normal. Currently the company I work for rents out a few floors of a building and is being charged a 4% interest rate in January and July of each. Is this a standard practice? Were are located in Chicago, but the office space that is in question is not. FYI, we're a an non for profit company. |
