hello Darius,with the new law that is starting,hb 1823,will there be alternatives to the l/o,that will comply with the new laws,and still be able to get the same out come?i have been trying to find an attorney familiar with hb 1823 ,and the possible alternatives,..1st right of refusal,equity holding trusts,wraps ,etc...no luck as of yet,any insight would be greatly appreciated
