We purchased a house in Oklahoma the house has a mobile home behind it on the property. The mobile home was suppose to be moved out 2 months ago when we took possession of the property. It is still here there is no record of it at the County Assesses Office, we can't track the VIN through the tag office our bank dose not now anything about it, & we cant find the seller they have moved out of state. There is suppose to be a lean on it and the Ex daughter in law says that it is suppose to be repossessed by the mortgage holder. I found out last week that the water comes off of my house to the mobile home ( pipes broke filled the mobile home, yard so on ) how do I go about putting a storage lean on it with no records or title on it.
