I recently with to a Rich Dad convention featuring Robert Kiosayki and his financial advisory team. They suggested that an LP is the most secure entity to hold property in "Texas", LLC in other states but Texas they recommend an LP. They also suggested that forming one(LP)in Wyoming would be preferred and the person suggested this is moving his operations to Wyoming because of no taxes. What are your thoughts on this ? |
