I wanted to let everyone know that I will be releasing a new course called: Attorney's Secrets to Forming Your Own Corporation. It will cover all of the steps needed to start a C-corp, or S-corp, how to keep it running effectively, and how to keep creditors from piercing the corporation. It will be the most complete course of its kind and for a mere fraction of the cost an attorney would charge to merely set up a corporation. Most of my clients have begun to realize that just forming a corporation is not even close to enough. You MUST know how to run and maintain its formal corporate status. If this is not done then your corporation does not exist for creditor protection. Expect the product to be released on December 15th of this year. Another course covering LLC's and Limited Partnerships will be released in mid-January.
