Edit
I have a 5 year ballon lease purchase agreement. 3 years have passed and I would like to relocate and to recoup some of the money that i have paid out for payments I would like to sell the property. Dont I have the right to sell the property exersice my right to buy the property on the agreement. I mention it to the seller and she said no that i could not sell the house. The only way she would object is if she was trying to get the property back. In the past 3 years i have been late a few times on payments but nothing has ever been said about it until i mentioned that i wanted to sell the property to exercise my option. All pymts are current. It has been a few months since any pymts have been late. Dont I have the right to exercise my option and sell the property. I would be exerciseing my option and selling the property at the same time. Thanks for your advice
