Mr. Darius: would you still consider doing contract for deed in texas since they change the law on contract for deed? im interested in selling on contract for deed than doing lease option because of the landlording part of lease option, but since i have to go thru foreclosure instead of eviction, im wondering if its still worth it, maybe its too costly to do a foreclosure. what is your recommendation? thank you
