Edit
I am wondering if in the FSBO (For sell by owner)
case, I am not an licence real estate agent, I hard some one said if you are not an agent, you can't get commisiion, but if I know the potential buyers, can I still negotiate with the seller to setup some kind of agreement to get the "referral fee" if the house did sell to the buyer I referred? I am not act as agent of any kind, just refer the potential buyer (name, phone# etc)between potential buyers and seller, anything after that is between buyer and seller.
Can I do that? Anything wrong with this?
