Remember this is legal forum where we discuss legal issues. This means that these matters are very critical in nature and can have serious consequences if not undertaken correctly.

You must remember that this board is for EDUCATIONAL purposes only We do not give legal advice here and it would be impossible for me to understand your needs based upon a short message post. You NEED to contact an attorney and set up a consultation if the the issue is of a critical nature.

If you post messages and don't get a response in one or two days be patient. I typically review every message within 3 days, BUT I may be unable to reach my computer so it could take longer. You have not been forgotten.
