Hey Scott!
I've read where other investors for the most part rarely see the inside of the house they are wholesaling. How can that be? What about repair estimates? If someone is new, how do they go about doing repair estimates and having no knowledge of construction or material costs? It seems to me that repair estimates might be the most difficult thing in the whole process. Thanks Scott, Kurt |
