The reason why I am choosing this one investor, because I took a class with him and he seems very trustworthy. He has a radio station where he talks about real estate investing and has alot to lose if he jips me. What do you mean signing the contract and not having a legally vested interested in. I do not understand that statement. Please elaborate. Are you saying if I signed the contract and don't have ernest money or that I don't have proof of funds?
