For your wholesale deals, do you personally complete your business transaction by re-assigning the contract OR do you do double closings? Also, can you explain why you do one or the other (pros/cons).

Second question - do you have lots of success wholesaling subject-2 deals? It seems to me that it might be more difficult finding buyers to wholesale these to. Recommendations?
