I have just received the list of Landlords for the Section 8 program in my city. These individuals all own at least one property; some have multiple properties.

What would you suggest as the most effective way of developing these relationships, finding out if they are active investors, what they are seeking in properties? I think I have a good shot at developing relationships with potential buyers and want to make the best first impression I can.

I am still seeking my first wholesale deal, but depending on the feedback should I consider wholesale or purchase/rehab
