Hello Scott:

I read the copy on your probate real estate program.
It sounds like one hell of program and at a resonable
price.

I have been interested for some time in a probate program written by someone doing well at it and has the marketing of the system down to a science. No good marketing. No deals.

There is another person that has a program that I understand is very good. I forget the gentleman's name. His probate investing program is called Dimond Farming. He is based in California. I imagine you know him or know of him?

I am very sure you know about Jim Bank's probate program. You hint about his program in your copy. Paying Jim $6000 to attend his workshop is out of the question. No matter how good the program is.

I was an inch away from buying the Diamond Farming program, until I was advised by a very successful
real estate investor residing in another state that some states have laws preventing persons from acting as an "Independent Administrator" in the probate process. And to be certain that that my state did before I invested in such a program or I was wasting my money and time.

I have tried unsuccessfully so far, short of paying a real estate attorney thier $150-$225- hourly fee (I checked)to determine if Pennsylvania allows for independent administrators...or not.

I even went to my county court house. If the real estate clerks knew the answer to this question, they sure dummy upped when I asked them.

I've tried posting the question on a Pennsylvania attorney newsgroup. My question and I were ignored.

I will not invest in any probate real estate program until I get an answer from a credible source. What would be the point until I determine if I can legally work the program?

I do live within driving distance of Delaware and New Jersey. Assumming it's legal there, I'd work those states if Pennsylvania doesn't permit it.

Pennsylvania many times is the odd man out state with its laws. Being a full-time licensed insurance professional here for 22 years, I know this state is a bit weird and behind the times with many of their laws.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if it is illegal here. Leaving these fat deals the sole territory of probate lawyers, their friends and family.

So Scott, what's the deal? Is your program street legal in Pennsylvania? If you don't know the answer, any suggestions how I can find out at a resonable cost?

Thanks so much.

Kindly,
