Scott,
Thanks so much for taking the time to answer my question. Although it doesn't answer if I can use your system specifically in Pennsylvania, you did give me some insight about the general process and one of the hurdles one can expect to have to deal with. Hurdles are good. It keeps away the "wannabe" investor competition. As soon as they hit one snag, they close up shop and look for another "opportunity". It works the same way in the insurance industry that I am in. People sit for their license, sell a few friends and family and that's it because the rest of the world isn't so eager to help them make a sale. I cannot imagine why working with an estate to help heirs liquidate some assets for quick cash would be illegal for anyone except lawyers. However, as you know, some laws were put in place in some states to protect "special interest" groups profit centers. By the way, the term "Executor" applies in Pennsylvania. Lastly, I would imagine that while this program helps one dig up and reap the "monster" profit deals, it isn't geared for a quick profit situation? I would imagine your wholesale "flip" system is better for quicker "cash in hand" profits. Correct? Scott, thanks again for your kind attention to my question. Robert |
