How do you figure what the LTV is on any house? What do you take into consideration when deciding how much to offer (the numbers). If you would, break it down for me. I have found several deals that I thought were deals, but, when I asked a more seasoned investor about the numbers, he said there was no money there for profit. Maybe I'm missing something here.
