I am in the process of gathering an ad together to put in my local newspaper to compile a list of buyers who are willing to buy my deals. I have come up with two of them. Could someone please give me feedback and advice on which one would be more effective. Also, should I put my email address in the ad and a way of someone contacting me. Thanks 1.
