I've got a couple of your courses and I think both of them are some of the best I have as far as how to. Really!

I've been out of the loop for a while but I'd like to get back into the game. Having time to think about this business I know what I'd like to do. I don't want to buy houses sub2 or sell on lease option. I want to find houses with equity that I can tie up and sell for cash now.

Where would you suggest I fish for sellers like this? And how do you recommend doing tieing up properties to flip these days in this environment? Is there a preferred price range for this method?
