I have been offered two mentor programs originating in Utah but the price of $10,000 seems high for some advice on the telephone. Are there any investors out there with good or bad experiences? By the way, I have been investing in Real Estate for around 15 years but only part time. Now I want to do it full time in South Florida. Any advice?
