Edit
Shark Hunter is a ticket scalper named Andrew Hentrich in Austin, Texas who
thinks that polluting other people's property with
his signs is okay.

I urge all entrepreneurs to place their signs leagally,
meaning express permission from property owners and
*****never***** in the right-of-way (ROW). The ROW
is defined as the street as well as the land bordering
both sides (usually ranging from 12 to 45 feet). Also,
don't place signs on utility poles. The law allows
anyone to remove an illegal sign from public property,
mainly because illegal signs are a huge safety liability.

If your signs are missing, then either a city crew or
a volunteer group such as adopt a highway has legally
removed your sign. Thanks.
