I must say Scott, I mail out 400 direct mailings a week in my target areas, every week I drive thru it and leave bandit signs, and have an ad running, by the way my niche is subject to's for 2 year old new home buyers...I think I am now going to start door hangers anyway it has been 2 months and one call on a mold sistution. I press on cause I know there is a mother lode here. (up in northern ca...Folsom, Eldorado county, ca) And also go to the courts once a month and collect the divorce filings and send them your 4 letter stragegy and have sent out to 100 process servers and had 2 call backs, offered the gift of $$ for leads well haven't heard from them. And also go to the county clerk and get the monthly list of appointment of successor lists and send my post cards to them. Mail at least 10 offers a week. Exhaling here. However pressing on.
