Hi Lakesha, The truth is, you don't need good credit or a job. But what you do need is accurate knowledge and the courage to put it to use. Take your time. Study all you can. You can buy property anywhere in the country, sight unseen, if you do your due diligence. That means having a friend, partner, or realtor examine the properties for you if you can't get to them. Use other people's money, other people's time, and other people's resources. But have your own knowledge.
