Got a call at 7am local time on Friday last week, (appx 4 pm eastern time Thursday). I live on Guam and when i retire we are headed to TN. The guy made it sound like a nice deal, and although I had doubts, agreed to the whole thing. Upon arrival at work, I looke dup the company, found all these complaints, and then started trying to call them, emailing etc. Have recieved two emails saying some supervisor will reply back to me, no names no date time range for me to be looking for the reply. I basically told them that if i did not have resolution (complete refund credit to my acct) I would be forced to sue. If I do not see a resolution to this I will begin a class action suit. I'm sure I can find a lawyer willing to take the case for a percentage. Be on the look out for more as this developes. they screwed the wrong guy. I have experience in fighting back, and when it comes to my money I am not going to lay down. It's costing me nothing to freeze my card, have the credit union send me a new account, and the charge is now disputed and I will not pay. The only option they have is to refund my money or they are in for a long drawn out fight. I have spent nearly 20 yrs surrounded by vindictive abusive people in the Navy. I know how to handle a handful of con artists. OWWW oh my gosh I just had the little marine drill instructor crawl up in me again--------- whooooooooooo hoooo here we go kids, climb on if yuou want a piece of these bastards. Each one of us is going to cash in! Class action anyone?
