Hi, I'v been trying to get into the real estate bussiness for about three year. I'v bought 3or4 courses and they all talk about how you can make money even if you have bad credit. Well I have the worst credit out there, I'v got the bankruptcy,the repo,the failer marrage,and last but not least the job injury that put me out of work and only pays me $200.00 a week. I'd love to making offers on propertys that need some work.But I don't know were to get the money to pay for the property. The property can sell for $60,000.00 to120,000.00 with a little elbow greese. Cn someone tell me what to do.
