Hey to those experienced wholesalers! I am a new wholesaler and I am trying to enter the business. I have a real estate agent working for me with the mls listing, but how do I find real good wholesale deals? Also do I really have to put up earnest money? Is there a way to get around that? In Chicago our earnest money is usually $1,000. Please help! |
