In order to find great wholesale deals, you're going to have to do more than rely on a realtor. Finding great deals requires time and energy. Get out and network. Let people know you're looking for deals. The best place to start out is at your local real estate club ( http://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investment-clubs.html ).
