How do I find a mentor, is there anyone on here that is willing to mentor me and show what good deals look like? Please!!! Also how can I find good deals without using the mls or a REA? What things qualify a good wholesale deal?, what should I look for? Also one more thing how do I assign contracts if I am dealing with a bank or REO? Please help me!
