My friend & I are planning to sign up for 3 day live mentoring offered by: www.ezreinvesting.com Mentor will negotiate in real life with sellers & show us how to do it in real life. I prefer this than sitting down listening to a seminar or bootcamp. They sound legit & they have phone numbers of students that have taken that training.
