Just back from our courthouse and I had NO LUCK at getting information on divorce filings, evictions, estates and even non-owner occupieds. On the NOO's they said that I could buy a disk for $100 then I would have to have a separate software program to deliniate whether or not the tax bill was being sent to a different address :-(.

Sooooo, I'm thinking it's list broker time to apply your strategies. How did you find your best list brokers? How much is a good name worth to you? How to keep your expenses to a rock bottom minimum?

Thanks much! Any advice on how to obtain info. from courthouse is much appreciated as well. I tried my title company and they suggested the newspaper (legal) for F/C notices but other than that-they couldn't help me either....it's weird..my county has about a 350,000 population too!
