Of course its best to have an online comp service through MLS or even services like Dataquick.com and Courthouse Retrieval Systems have these types of services too. However, my personal experience and talking with other investors is GENERALLY you can add at least 10% or more onto the tax assessed value to the actual retail A-1 primo shape property for resell. Of course all things are relative but that is a generaly good rule of thumb. Thanks,
