I would also suggest joining a real estate club in your local area. There you will find many investors (I presume) who are willing help and teach. If you are not sure where to look just go to the Net on a search engine and type in, "Real Estate Ivestment Club Baltimore".

With some snooping around you will find one in time for the Saturday meeting.
