im a little fuzzy on this. do all states offer the auction of deeds or no? are the deeds sold at the same aucton as the certificates? i live in nj. do i contact the tax collecters office to get a list of upcoming auctions and whats being sold. do i have to pay for that information. do they tell u in that information in any other liens are on that property? do they have to tell u before the auction? what types of liens can be left for u to pay. how do u find out what the taxes will be on the property if u decide to keep it (as in keep the property n live there). what are the costs if any to transfer the deed? is this included in the auction? thank you very much in advance to anyone who answers me
