I can say I have read Lillian's first two books. I reviewed them and passing them on to my mother who I am trying to give a new carear.

The first book gives a nice overview of the general process involved in tax leins. Her second volume provides a lot of forms, and suggested plan of action.

She offers phone consultation and returns phone calls. ( I still have a voice mail from her as proof)

With Lillian's coarse my mother was able to go to a Desoto County auction and bid and aquire $16k worth of leins with a full term yeild of about 8% after bid up.

My mother also ordered 3 state guides from Lillian, which she to date has not recieved, after several months and several emails.

I have not spoken to Lillian personaly, as this was something I am leaving to my mother. But my impression is that she was left with a lot of unanswered questions, and left waiting for the answers.

I have not further funded my mothers efforts because of this. I guess it's been a lose/lose for both of us.
