This is a great forum. Question for you all, I'm Canadian, and new at this. Do you have to be an American Citizen to buy tax lien/deed or purchase at auction?

And how does a non-resident get taxed on the capital gain on the properties as we sell them?

Has anyone here bought anything from Iowa and/or Michigan? Any suggestions or comments?
