Can a sell be structured on Homesteaded Property in Texas during the Redemption Period? For instance; Could Homesteaded Property in Texas be sold "Lease to Own" (Owner Financing) with some "Subject Too" language written in to cover the possibility the property is redeemed during the two year redemption period? Any ideas on this one? Chris |
