I'm looking for someone that actually lives here in the area and would be willing to go with me to visit with homeowners in foreclosure.....something I can't seem to do on my own.... just seems really intimidating unless I'm with someone... I'm very motivated and willing to contribute my share of the responsibilities: marketing, phone calls, property research, skip tracing, and any other necessary due diligence, etc. etc. All profits would of course be divided evenly 50/50 (unless more than 2 people are involved in the project- then split accordingly).
